Breeding Management $15/mo
Broodmare and stallion boards, breeding examinations, ultrasound findings and gestation tracking. Included in Complete and Enterprise; a Solo practice switches it on from the Subscription page, prorated, removable any time.
Extra storage $5/mo per 10 GB
Each block adds 10 GB to documents and 10 GB to imaging on any plan. You are warned at 80% and reminded at 90%; nothing already stored is ever locked.

What does Solo leave out?
Nothing clinical. Solo is capped at one veterinarian and one location, does not include breeding management (available as the add-on above), whitelabel branding or AR imaging, and comes with 25 GB of documents plus 25 GB of imaging. Everything else on this page is in it.
Is HISA integration live?
HISA-ready. The code is built and tested against the published spec; live submissions activate once HISA issues Tech Provider API credentials (typical lead time 6–12 weeks after application).
How does data import work?
The Data Import Wizard takes the export from your current system (AVImark, Cornerstone, HVMS, ImproMed, Pulse, DVMAX or any spreadsheet), validates every row before anything is written, and every import has one-click undo. Free for trial-to-paid conversions.
What about lab integrations?
Lab results are entered on the Lab Orders page today. Connectors for IDEXX, Antech and Zoetis are built: your practice enters the credentials its lab representative provides under Settings → Integrations and the lab activates the account. No extra fee.
Can other software connect?
Yes, on every plan: a documented REST API with scoped keys, signed webhooks, and an MCP server for AI assistants — all managed by the practice under Settings → API & Webhooks. Read the API docs.
Cancel anytime?
Yes. Month-to-month after the trial; cancel from the Subscription page and access runs to the end of the period you paid for. Your data stays exportable, always.
